This is an impressive pedigree. The sire is a clone of Ludo Philippaerts former super star Otterongo (4th at the Olympic Games in 2000 and 2nd at the European Championships in 2001). The grandam Ustina Sitte performed at 1.60m level with Nicola Philippaerts. This is the famous ‘Sitte Grand Prix family’.
Ottorongo Sitte is a striking chestnut with all his marks and cute face, but more important: he is a great jumper. His take-off is powerful, the reflexes are quick and his frontleg technique is sublime. He knows exactly where the poles are. A professor for the sport.
